My Training Style

I focus on purpose. Each and every exercise I prescribe will have a reason behind it. No fillers. No time wasters. Safety is paramount. I want to see my clients living life to the fullest, regardless of where they are in their journey.

When I am not training clients...

I am riding my bike, skiing, focusing on Fit 4 Two, traveling, learning new things and enjoying time with friends and family.  I have two awesome school-aged kids.

14 years ago I founded Fit 4 Two Pre and Postnatal Fitness Inc.   I wear three Fit 4 Two hats: 1. I teach fitness classes for new moms and mom-to-be in my community.  2. I train and support our franchisees.  3. I develop and deliver continuing education workshops and courses related to pre and postnatal fitness.

In 2015 completed the Aboriginal Health and Community Administration Program (AHCAP) at UBC.  My goal is to collaborate with First Nations communities to develop culturally relevant and sustainable fitness and wellness programs for Aboriginal pre and postnatal women. I have had the honour of working with the Musqueam and Kwakiutl Nations.

I currently sit as president on the BC Association of Pregnancy Outreach Programs Board of Directors, an association that supports POPs programs throughout the province through education and advocacy.
