For the first time in several years I am not juggling personal training with hockey or baseball.  That means I can accept new clients.

Weekdays
7:00-8:00am; 9:00am-3:00pm

Mon-Thurs Evenings
4:00-5:00pm; 6:00pm-8:00pm
